    Rapidgate Program/Hiring Laborers
  • Don Bradshaw, Director of Plans, Training, Mobilization, Security and Emergency Services, Fort Lee
    Presentation on new program being implemented at Fort Lee to help construction personnel and vendors at Fort Lee “rapidly” gain access to the post on a daily basis. The Rapidgate Program has been implemented at many military installations around the country.

  • Mark Harris, Randstad Services
    This program will provide information on where and how construction contractors may find trained, screened and work ready laborers. The Department of Labor and Fort Lee are concerned there will not be enough laborers to support construction at Fort Lee. This portion of the seminar will provide insight to contractors who must take on additional workers to perform on a contract/subcontract.
